⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Pollards Vent and Gutter Cleaning today. From start to finish, the service was professional, thorough, and exceeded my expectations. The technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. He pulled my dryer out, completely cleaned the vent line from the inside all the way to the exterior exhaust, and removed a significant amount of built-up lint. He also corrected the dryer vent setup behind my dryer so it runs straight into the vent, which improved both safety and airflow. In addition, he cleaned the exterior vent area, installed a brand-new bird guard/cage to prevent birds and pests from getting inside, and vacuumed up every bit of debris. When he was finished, the entire area was cleaner than when he arrived. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. He didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The before-and-after difference was incredible. John is a prompt, friendly, and professional communicator. When they showed up at my house, it was on time, and they had covers for their boots to keep the floors clean as they walked through to the laundry area.
